The internet is a universe of constant change, and like much of the web, this website has now been discontinued. Nevertheless, the DESK site served as an extensive and important testing ground for future web development projects at Wilton+Wark.

DESK is a public distance education school for elementary, secondary, and adult graduation, located in Nelson BC. Our version of the school website included a custom content management system with full in-site editing of content, course descriptions, and staff information, with a password-protected, permissions-based web interface requiring no additional software. Among the features of the site were context-sensitive search boxes with graphical results and an online registration and support system for current and prospective students.
