Norine Wark is our lead writer, expert in communities of practice, and primary trainer. Her background is in education, having instructed at all levels from Grade Two through post-graduate, and she has published academic studies on learning communities. She was co-chair of Keepers of the Water II conference, held in Fort St. John, BC in 2007.
